Intake Questionnaires Overview

The use of Intake Questionnaires (IQs) allows you to gather important information from your leads, prospects, and clients. Regardless of whether they have been added to your contacts or not, you have the ability to gather the necessary information by providing them with the link (URL) to the IQ, or by gathering the information directly from your website if the IQ has been embedded.

You can access the Intake Questionnaires by navigating to the Intake Questionnaires section (the second item) in the left menu.

There are 3 tabs in the intake questionnaire section-

  1. To be reviewed
  2. Reviewed
  3. Rejected

  1. To be reviewed

All of the IQs completed by individuals with access to your IQ will initially be stored in this section for your review and to take the appropriate action of either marking it as Reviewed, which signifies acceptance or as Rejected.

  1. Reviewed

All the IQs marked as reviewed will be moved to the reviewed tab and can be accessed from here. You can mark any IQ as rejected, or move it back to the to-be-reviewed tab. Additionally, in this section, you will have the option to link any reviewed intake questionnaire to a lead, prospect, or client. This will allow you to access the questionnaire directly from the specific contact without having to navigate back to the IQs (reviewed tab) to find the IQ associated with the contact.

Note- Once linked to any contact (lead, prospect, or client), you will not be restricted from linking to another contact if you choose to do so. Simply select the new contact to link to, and the IQ will be associated with the new contact.

If you reject the questionnaire, even if it is already linked to a contact, the questionnaire will be unlinked from the contact upon rejection. Therefore, to link it again, you will need to mark the questionnaire as reviewed and proceed with linking once more.

If the email address provided by the individual in the IQ, matches an existing contact (lead, prospect, or client), the questionnaire will automatically be linked to the contact once it is marked as "reviewed".

  1. Rejected

All the IQs marked as rejected will be moved to the "Rejected" tab, where they can be accessed. There are various reasons for marking an IQ as rejected, such as receiving a spam IQ with no intention of working with you, etc. You have the option to mark any IQ as reviewed or move it back to the "To Be Reviewed" tab as needed.

Note- All the IQs that you have received can also be edited or modified.

As a majority of other records work on Casolve, IQs also have 2 modes-

  1. View-only mode
  2. Edit mode

  1. View-only mode

Any IQ can be accessed by clicking on the IQ number from the list view of IQs from any of the tabs.

  1. Edit Mode

Any IQ can be edited by clicking on the edit button from any of the tabs.
