Intake Questionnaire Settings

Navigate to the platform settings

The intake questionnaire section will be displayed with three tabs.

The three tabs in the intake questionnaire section are:-

  1. My questionnaires
  2. Questionnaires by Casolve
  3. End Screen

  1. My Questionnaires

Here, you will find the questionnaires you have created, whether by cloning existing questionnaires by Casolve or by developing new ones from scratch. Please consider the "My Questionnaire" tab as your library of questionnaires.

  1. Questionnaires by Casolve

This is a place where you can access a variety of questionnaire templates offered by Casolve. You can clone these templates to your library of templates i.e. My templates. The templates featured here have been meticulously crafted to cater to numerous use cases. Specifically, the template designed for the express entry aligns seamlessly with the IRCC points calculator, ensuring a clear understanding of its functionality and facilitating the process of point calculation once this feature is implemented.

Note: If you are utilizing the template provided by casolve where automatic point calculation is required for your clientele, kindly refrain from altering the fields in the questionnaire. For example- The express entry questionnaire. Otherwise, the system will not be able to compute the points accurately.

Note: We will consistently introduce new templates for your convenience. Once they become accessible, you can find them here.

This tab has 2 fields in it-

  1. Thank you message
  2. Redirection link

  1. Thank you message

Here, you can define the message that individuals will see after submitting all their information on your questionnaires.

This action is optional; there is no requirement for you to fill in the thank you message field. If left empty, our default message will be displayed instead.

  1. Redirection Link

This functionality is utilized to redirect users to a specified website. For instance, once individuals have submitted their information on your questionnaire, they will automatically be redirected to the designated link after 5 minutes. Alternatively, by clicking the 'ok' button, they can promptly be redirected to the desired webpage. This feature allows you to redirect individuals to various destinations such as your website, meeting link, payment page, or social profile page, offering a multitude of possibilities.
