How to add a questionnaire
Note: Currently, it is not possible to add or create a fully custom questionnaire from the ground up. This feature will be addressed in the near future.
At this time, you have the option to duplicate our pre-made templates and customize them according to your preferences.
- Navigate to the Platform settings
- You can add the questionnaire in 2 ways-
- From my questionnaires tab
- From questionnaires by Casolve
a. From my questionnaires tab
- click on the Add Questionnaire button
- Choose the template which you would like to clone and fill in all the required details
Click on the Add Questionnaire button to add a new questionnaire.
b. From Questionnaires by Casolve tab
- Click on the clone to my questionnaires button to clone the questionnaire.
- All of the information will be pre-filled but you can make any modifications if you would like.
- Click on the add questionnaire button to add a new questionnaire.
- Navigate to the "My Questionnaires" tab to find the newly added questionnaire.
