Send Portal Credentials to Clients
You can give a client, access to their case via the client portal so they can fill in their details and upload the necessary documents by themselves. The account that they can use to access the case will be created once you've completed the steps below:
1. Navigate to Contacts.
2. On the Contacts page, click on the 3 dots for the contact and then on the send portal credentials button.
3. A dialog box will appear. Click Yes to confirm the action.
or, you can also send the Client portal credentials from inside the contact details, both have the same action.
