Add a New Contact

You can add a new contact who can be a client, an attorney, an agent, a contractor, or an accountant.  

Note: The cases can only be added for the contact type added as the "Clients"

To add a new contact:


1. Navigate to Contacts


The Contacts page is displayed.


2.  Click on the Add Contact button.


The Add New Contact summary page is displayed.


3. Enter the contact’s first name in the First Name field.

4. Enter the contact’s last name in the Last Name field.

5. Select the type of contact from the Contact type dropdown list. The available types are Attorney, Accountant, Contractor, Agent, and Client. 

6. Enter the Email ID of the contact in the Email field.

7. Select the contact’s country from the Country dropdown list.

8.  Select the contact’s province from the Province dropdown list.

9.  Select the city of the contact from the City dropdown list.

10. Select the contact’s language from the Language dropdown list.

11. Enter the contact’s address in the Address field.

12. Enter the contact’s phone number in the Phone Number field.

13. Enter the company name of the contact in the Company Name field.

14. Click Submit.


The new contact is added and displayed on the Contacts page.


Note: If the contact you are adding is identified as a lead, prospect, or client, an additional tab will appear allowing you to select the source from which you found them. This information will enable you to focus your marketing efforts on those specific channels to attract more leads, prospects, and clients effectively.

It is not mandatory to select the source if you don't want to.
