Edit A Case
You may want to change the status of the case or you may want to add information in the various accordion panels or change the deadline of the case or the case type. For all these purposes, you can edit the case.
To edit a case, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Cases.
The Cases page is displayed.
2. Click the edit icon next to the case that you wish to edit.
The Edit Case dialog is displayed.
3. Make necessary changes to the case.
For more information on editing the fields, refer to Add a New Case.
4. Once all the information is updated, click Update Case.
The changes made to the case are updated.
