Edit A Case
You may need to modify the status of the case, update information in the different accordion panels, adjust the case deadline, select the case deadline reminder date, or choose the case type. For any of these requirements, you can edit the case.
To edit a case, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Cases.
The Cases page is displayed.
2. Click the edit icon next to the case that you wish to edit.
The Edit Case dialog is displayed.
3. Make necessary changes to the case.
For more information on editing the fields, refer to Add a New Case.
4. Once all the information is updated, click Update Case.
The changes made to the case are updated.
