Restrict Client's Access

As an immigration professional, you have full control of your client's access in the portal. You can give them access as well as take it away. To do the latter,

1. Navigate to Contacts.


2. On the Contacts page, select the disable button associated with the client whose portal access needs to be restricted.


3. To confirm the action, click Yes on the pop-up dialog box.


When their access is disabled, they will not be able to log in using their credentials. However, this is only temporary. You can restore their access when necessary.

Restore Client's Access

The process to restore your client's access to the portal is about the same as restricting their access. Here's how:

1. Navigate to Contacts.


2. On the Contacts page, select the enable button associated with the client whose portal access needs to be restored.


3. On the pop-up dialog box, click Yes to confirm the action.
