Forms Overview

Any required forms can be fetched in the Forms module.  You can download the form, or can transfer the data to the selected forms.

There are two ways to use the Forms module:

1. You can fetch a form by simply clicking on the Forms section from the navigation menu. Here you can download the blank forms or can transfer the data to the forms.

2. You can also use the forms module within the case you wish by clicking the case and then navigating to the forms tab.
