Delete A Case
If a case is no longer needed, you can delete it.
Note: If there are any entries associated with the case, it cannot be deleted. To delete a case with linked entries, you must first delete all of the entries linked to that case before you can delete that case.
By entries, we mean, events, tasks, retainers, invoices, and transactions.
To delete the case, follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to Cases.
The Cases page is displayed.
2. Click the Delete icon next to the case that you wish to delete.
Are you sure? dialog gets displayed.
3. Click Yes.
The selected case will be removed.
