Document Tabs
There are two types of tabs in Casolve: Cases/Client and Personal Documents. Each serves a distinct purpose.
Cases tab- This tab contains all the documents to be utilized within a case.
This tab, when accessed from under the hub, will contain the main folders for all cases. These main case folders are generated automatically when a new case is added.
The client/cases tab, when accessed from the case, will display all the document folders without the necessity of showing the main case folder. This allows the documents to be accessed directly from within the case, eliminating the need for the folder first and enhancing usability.
The personal Documents tab- contains all your personal documents that may be useful for personal reference or commonly used across various client cases. This tab was created to provide easy access to frequently utilized documents, allowing you to reference them without the need to repeatedly search for them in your local system or other storage solutions.
Note- The documents saved in the Personal Documents tab are shared among the entire organization. Therefore, if a member of your team has been granted access to the documents, they will be able to access all the documents saved in the personal documents tab.
