We are back with some exciting product releases and updates.

The Casolve team has been hard at work for the past few weeks, and the results are in. You can now set expiry reminders for visas and permits to avoid any inconvenience for your clients.

Other changes/Additions-

• You now have the option to replace the Casolve logo with your logo.
• Customize the case deadline reminder notification days
• Thriving and Enterprise plan users now have 3 more analytical charts i.e. In-progress cases per team member, Cases referred per agent, and Contacts by contact type.
• Convert contacts from Leads to Prospects or Prospects to clients or in any other sequence of your choice, without deleting and re-adding them. With full tracking capabilities.

In addition to the items mentioned above, we have implemented numerous enhancements throughout the entire app.
