What is the difference between contacts and cases?

Contacts and Cases are two separate entities but are interconnected relationally, as they should be.

Consider contacts in Casolve as your phone book where you store the contact details of individuals.

A case is similar to composing a message for your contact in your phone. When composing or sending a message to the contact, you do not transform the contact into a message; rather, you compose or send a message to the contact, while the contact type remains unchanged. And the same thing is happening in Casolve. You don't convert a contact into a case, instead a case is added for a contact.
