Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are Crashing while Using Casolve

During the month of April 2024, numerous individuals reported experiencing a recurring crashing problem to Google when accessing certain websites or web applications. This issue persists even when using incognito mode. Microsoft Edge has also been impacted by this bug, given that it is based on the Chromium framework.

Some of the Casolve users are also experiencing these errors, particularly when attempting to select a drop-down value.

Within this error scenario, the specific Chrome/Edge tab is experiencing crashes and displaying errors such as

  • Error code: STATUS_STACK_OVERFLOW
  • Error Code 11

It does not affect all the users who are using specific versions of Chrome.

We believe that it is replicating with more than one combination like the version of Chrome, location, Windows OS version, etc.
