In the previous weeks, Casolve underwent extensive updates, including significant additions to its features.
We're pleased to announce the launch of the rejection analysis feature, which is now available for use.
Rejection analysis, compiles historical rejection data across case categories, enhancing success probabilities of your current cases. Now, teams can collaborate efficiently, reducing errors and improving case outcomes.

Other changes/Additions-
- Progress Tracker is now live.
- Case notes, editing, deleting, and recording of who made the changes and when.
- Now, all contacts have their notes. It is in addition to the case notes.
- Now, you can add leads and Prospects to your contacts.
- Leads, Prospects, and Clients contacts now have an additional tab named Sources where you can record the source of those contacts.
- Agent cases are also added as a separate tab in their contacts.
