Why can't I delete a contact?
All contact types can be deleted. However, in the case of deleting the contact type "clients," certain conditions must first be met.
If there are no records added for your client, such as cases, you can proceed with deleting the client contact.
However, if records have been created for your client, such as added cases, it is necessary to delete those cases first before attempting to delete the client contact. This restriction has been implemented to prevent the occurrence of orphaned records.
