Why can't I delete a case?
A case can't be deleted if there are entities added or associated with it such as documents, notes, tasks, and retainer schedules. These entities have to be deleted prior to deleting the actual case.
This is to ensure that no record is orphaned without a case. Also, Casolve keeps an audit trail of anything that goes through the platform in the History tab, making it easier for your business to investigate incidents. We don't allow the deletion of a case and all the associated entries/records like tasks, documents, etc. all at once with the deletion of the case. This way, every detail can be recorded in the audit trail.
