Your Dashboard

When you log in to your Casolve account, it will automatically open to the Home tab or your Dashboard. It gives you a high-level view of your business' status and history, and your to-do's. There's also a shortcut button on your Dashboard that allows you to add different items without navigating to their respective tabs. Let's discuss your Dashboard from top to bottom.

Add New

At the top right corner of your Dashboard is the Add New button. You can use it to Add New Contact, Add New Case, Add New Event, Add New Task, and Add New Team Member. The pop-up for any of these options will appear when you select them from the drop-down options.

Analytics for this month

The four rectangles at the top show the number of Upcoming Events, New Added Cases, Cases Approc. Deadline, and Cases to be Invoiced that you have for the current month. These stats give you insight on your business' current performance and a glimpse on what the schedule for the month is like. It can help you keep track of monthly KPIs and plan out weekly targets.

Below the numerical stats at the top is the 3×2 grid that displays the specifics of the month's analytics. It contains clickable links that allow you to jump to related tabs or specific cases, contacts, events, or news.

Recent Activity

You'll find your recent activities within Recently Modified/Added Contacts and Recently Modified/Added Cases.

Clicking View All at the top right corner of the former will open the Contacts tab, while the latter's will open the Cases tab.

You can click the client's name to quickly pull up their basic details and display it on a pop-up. On the other hand, clicking the case title will open the case in the Cases tab, displaying all details and documents related to it.

To Do's

Your to do's are displayed in Upcoming Events, Cases Approaching Deadlines, and Cases to be invoiced.

Within Upcoming Events, clicking View All at the top right corner will open the Calendar tab. You'll find the event's date and time beside the event title, which, when clicked, will open the event details on a pop-up.

The View All button for both Cases Approaching Deadlines and Cases To Be Invoiced will open the Cases tab. The date and time beside each case title is the case's deadline. Also, clicking the case title will open the case within the Cases tab, showing all related details and documents.

Immigration News

Lastly, Immigration News displays news that are relevant to your business. You can click the title to view the whole article on a pop-up, or click View All at the top right corner to see all news articles in the News tab.
