Complete Setup of your Account

When you create your Casolve account, you've already completed 25% of your profile. To maximize the platform's features, complete your profile by:

1. Log in to your Casolve account.

2. In the Home tab, click Complete Setup within the Getting Started banner.

3. The GET STARTED page will open. Your progress in percentage will be displayed beside the page name.

There are five stages/tabs to complete your profile. Click the Save button at the bottom of each tab every time you make any change to save your progress.

Security & Password

Optionally, update your password in the Security & Password tab. Type your Current Password and New Password in their textboxes. Also, type your new password in the Confirm Password textbox, then click Save.

Setup your Profile

Your personal details can be updated here. In this tab, you can:

1. Upload your profile photo by clicking the photo placeholder, then selecting your photo on the pop-up file explorer.

2. Update your First Name and Last Name by typing in their text boxes.

3. Add a Job Title by clicking its drop-down field and selecting from the options.

4. Add a Phone Number by typing in its textbox.

Company Settings

The default language used by your company within the platform can be set up here. To do so, click the Default Language drop-down field and select from the options.

It's also where you can enable or disable auto-numbering for cases. It's enabled by default, you can disable it by deselecting the checkbox beside Cases.

Company Info

This tab is where you can add your company's basic details: logo, Company Owner, Legal Business Name, address, Phone Number, Website, Membership Type, License no./Membership no, and Tax Id/ GST.

To add the logo, click the image placeholder at the top, then select your logo from the pop-up file explorer.

Note: You also have the option to replace the Casolve logo with your own company logo. This logo will be displayed on the top left-hand side of the application. This customization feature allows you to personalize Casolve for your business. However, if you prefer to retain the Casolve logo, you can continue using it or make a switch anytime.

In order to use your own logo, kindly upload your logo, select the option to use your logo, and then proceed to save your changes.

The remaining details can be filled out by typing in the textboxes, or clicking the drop-down fields and then selecting from the options. A down arrow beside the field name indicates a drop-down field.

Accounting

Add your accounting details in this tab. This section is also filled with text and drop-down fields.

Once the progress status at the top displays 100%, the Getting Started banner will no longer be displayed in the Home tab.
