Why can't I see my case in the Dashboard?
The cases you see on your Dashboard are managed and shared with you by the immigration professional you're working with. If you can't find your case, the probable causes are:
- it hasn't been created yet;
- it's been hidden from you to avoid overwriting; or
- it has been deleted.
- it has been marked as completed.
The best course of action is to coordinate with your immigration professional about the missing case.
