Reset Client's Password
If a client has forgotten their password or has been locked out after 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in using an incorrect password, you can help them regain access to their account by sending them a link to reset their password. The link will be sent to their registered email address, so make sure they have access to it.
Follow the steps below to send them the link:
1. Navigate to Contacts.
2. On the Contacts page, click the three dots for the client and then on the send password reset link button.
3. A dialog box will pop up. Click Yes to confirm the action.
