Cases Dashboard
Casolve keeps your history and all relevant information for all of your immigration applications by default, but your immigration professional has full control. Unless they hide or delete your cases, you'll find all of them on your Dashboard.
Search Cases
If you're looking for a particular case, you can use the search bar at the top. You can search by Case Number, Case Type, and Status. The search results will update as you type in the search box.
Sort Cases
By default, cases are sorted by the date they are added from most to least recent. You can click the column headers to sort them by Client Name, Case Number, Case Type, Open Date, Deadline, and Status. The arrows beside the selected column header indicate if it's sorted in ascending or descending order: arrow up for ascending, and arrow down for descending.
Case Details
All case details shown on your Dashboard are added by the immigration company you're working with and can't be changed by you. You can only add additional information and upload documents related to a case when you open it. For more details, read our Add Case Details and Add Case Documents guides.
Log out
The data you upload to Casolve are sensitive in nature. So, make sure to log out of your account when you're not using it, especially if you're using a public computer. You can log out by clicking the power button at the top right corner.
